After the renovation we found that the shower drain cover is higher than the
pavement and the water does not drain completely. How do you solve the

You must cut off the wrongly installed shower drain flange and install a new
flange correctly, there's no quick-fix or short-cut. The linked video ends
with backing installed under the flange, in your case you may have to chisel
or grind the concrete down for the new flange to fit how it should.
