Hi all,

When I open the kitchen sink and the water is running for a couple of
minutes, foul smelling water starts to come out from under the cabinets.
Any Ideas?

Thanks

Yep, you have a leak in your Drain-Pipe Assembly. Stupid Slip-joints are
usually the culprit or main leak points, they should be outlawed and should've
never been allowed in any building. However, these will only, normally, leak
if there is a blockage further within the system and leak as the water
backs-up toward the sink. Have a Plumber in to clear the clog and to replace
your Drain-Pipe Assembly with a proper and solid assembly.
