Kitchen Sink help, sewer water coming from under the cabinets.

Hi all,

When I open the kitchen sink and the water is running for a couple of
minutes, foul smelling water starts to come out from under the cabinets.
Any Ideas?

never been allowed in any building. However, these will only, normally, leak
if there is a blockage further within the system and leak as the water
backs-up toward the sink. Have a Plumber in to clear the clog and to replace
your Drain-Pipe Assembly with a proper and solid assembly.
